FARMER’S MARKET – from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm be sure to check out the totally local Brockville Farmer’s Market. They have everything from plants to organically grown fruits and vegetables – even lots of delicious homemade treats.
1000 ISLANDS REGATTA AND FESTIVAL – This is one of Brockville’s most popular events happening on the Canada Day weekend on Blockhouse Island. This is the 10th annual event including hydroplane races, lots of live music & entertainment, and of course fireworks!
CANADA DAY IN BROCKVILLE – Parade starts at approximately 11:30 am. Starting from City Hall to the Courthouse Green for a speech from the Mayor and other local dignitaries followed by the singing of the national anthem at noon and cake cutting.
North Grenville plans to make this 150th birthday a party to remember! Celebrate with family, friends and neighbours in one of two locations – Riverside Park (Kemptville) and Maplewood Park (Oxford Mills). The Municipality of North Grenville will host a community fireworks display at dusk in Riverside Park.
SpencerCity Bar & Grill – Looking to do something you’ve never done before? Come check out the first annual Canada Day celebration at Spencerville’s pub. Tickets are $25 and include live entertainment & BBQ menu. It runs from 12 pm – 7 pm and is a family friendly event with $5 kids meals.
