Instead of decorating rooms from one era try and mix it up. Pair some stylish antiques with modern finishing’s. It’s great to have a certain style or a starting point but you don’t have to stick exclusively to it.

With the majority of Buyers being Millennials, space and functionality are becoming the upmost important. Large couches, desks, coffee tables etc. only overwhelm buyers and are a very inefficient use of space.

Industrial looking metals are out, warm metals like bronze are in, making spaces look more elegant.
