PARADE ROUTE: Travels south along Edward Street, West along King Street, and North along St. Lawrence. (Floats begin to disperse on St. Lawrence St.)

A variety of vendors and products to be had by all. Friendly and full to the brim with Christmas ideas. This event is put on by the staff and students at the South Grenville High School.

 

McGregors’ Christmas Light Display

Christmas lights and inflatables with pathways to walk around listen to Christmas music and visit a miniature Christmas village of approx. 200 houses. All free – all we ask is a donation to CHEO 100% of monies raised go to CHEO – nightly weather permitting.

 

CP Holiday Train in Merrickville

The Canadian Pacific (CP) Holiday Train is back for its 18th year. CP’s Holiday Train program is a rolling fundraising event that travels across Canada and the United States raising money, food and awareness for food banks and hunger issues, hosting free holiday concerts along the way. The Holiday Train program is encouraging people attending events to bring heart healthy food donations. Dallas Smith and Odds will be performing during the stopover.

 

Santa Clause Parade – A Traditional Christmas

Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.

The Brockville Rotary Santa Claus Parade will start at North Augusta Road and Pearl Street then travel West on Pearl Street E. to Park Street, South on Park Street and lastly, West on King Street to Gilmore Street.

The parade will feature many floats, bands, horses, clowns, community groups, dignitaries and finally the star attraction, Santa himself.

During this year’s parade, volunteers will be collecting non-perishable foods from the viewers in support of The Brockville Food Bank and we ask that everyone give generously.
